The article I chose to analyze was the 10 Tips for Life, travel, food, or whatever your topic may be. However when I first looked into the magazine I noticed it didn’t really have much to do with what the title inquired about. Truly the article was only about music. However this shouldn’t affect the actual article itself, just that the title should be changed. The initial tone the magazine created was informative. Each portion in the article features their own tone. In the Number 1 section, the author’s tone is neutral but harsh. Their overall moral to take from it is karma. Then in the number 2 spot, their tone is inspired, excited, nostalgic, and proud. Number three’s was upset but realistic and four’s had a straightforwardness to it and was also realistic. Number 5 asks questions, 6 was like number 2’s tone, 7 was non-judging and said to leave a tip, 8’s was disappointed, 9’s was honest and appreciative, and 10’s was proud. It’s clear that the author of this article had a lot of inspiration from past musicians. Not only that but they weren’t judgemental and had a great view on life. The author also just wants to share their love of music with the world. Sharing their personal experiences and what you could learn from it.
